The weight of a helmet model is an average weight observed at the end of the production line on a size M, plain colour and ECE standard.
This average weight may differ from the actual weight observed on your helmet depending on the approval standard in force in the country where it was purchased (ECE, DOT, CCC etc.)
The finish of your helmet can also have an impact on its actual weight: plain, decorated, matte or glossy.
